Because email is a convenient way of communicating with members and patients, 开云体育 will send emails to you at the address you provide when you set up your account.
We may use this personal email address to send you health and educational reminders. We may also send information about your health plan, services and providers, online account username retrieval and password reset, as well as other communications. You can choose what categories of information we send to your personal email address in the Account settings area of 开云体育.com. You can change your preferences at any time. Remember to update your 开云体育.com Account Settings if you change your email address.
If you are a 开云体育 patient, you may receive clinic messages that direct you to a secure mailbox within your online account. If we have a message for you that may contain sensitive personal information, we will send you an email telling you that there is a secure message for you in your inbox that you can read on your 开云体育.com account. Incoming and outgoing messages, and responses you may make from that Inbox are secure.
开云体育 will take care to not send you email messages that contain any unnecessary or sensitive personal information. Despite security procedures and methods by your email provider, there is still risk that email messages could be intercepted. A message addressed to your personal email address could be read by anyone who has access to your email account. If the email address you provide is shared by family members or friends, they too will have access to information we send you.
