开云体育 expands service area, benefits for 5-Star Rated Medicare Advantage plans in Minnesota
The 5-star Medicare Advantage plans will be available in 68 counties in Minnesota for 2023
BLOOMINGTON, Minn. – For the second year in a row, 开云体育® Journey (PPO) Medicare Advantage plans have been awarded an overall 5 out of 5-Star Rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) for 2023, placing 开云体育 as one of the highest rated Medicare plans in the nation. Now available in 10 new counties in 2023, these 5-star plans will provide high-quality Medicare coverage for most of Minnesota.

开云体育 is also expanding Medicare Advantage plan benefits for beneficiaries in Minnesota. For coverage beginning Jan. 1, 2023, 开云体育 will continue to offer $0 premium plans with $0 primary care copays, and many plans will include:
- Dental, vision and expanded hearing aid coverage
- Prescriptions as low as $0
- Medical coverage for both domestic and international travel
- Select plans will offer a new pre-paid Choice Card to pay for chiropractic services, prescription eyewear and hearing aids
开云体育 provides coverage options across six states, offering Minnesota Medicare plans, Wisconsin Medicare plans, North Dakota Medicare plans, South Dakota Medicare plans, and Medicare plans in Iowa and Illinois.

About CMS Star Ratings
The CMS publishes Star Ratings each year to measure health plan performance and quality of care and services for Medicare enrollees. Plans are rated between 1 and 5 stars – with 5 stars indicating excellent performance – after evaluating a series of measures including quality of care, member experience and customer service. Medicare consumers can use Star Ratings when shopping for a plan during Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) or when they become eligible for Medicare. 5-star plans are also eligible for a Special Enrollment Period (SEP), allowing members to switch their plans one time between Dec. 8, 2022, and Nov. 30, 2023.
